A Legacy of Quality
Hulul Cement Share Company was established in 2024 G.C under the leadership of its founder, Mr. Mohamed Tukale Ige, who brought together a team of experienced and knowledgeable professionals to develop a major cement manufacturing project in Kaynfilato kabele, Harawa District, Somali Region of Ethiopia.
The initiative was driven by a clear market opportunity: the Somali Region currently lacks a local cement manufacturing plant, resulting in significant dependence on cement supplied from outside the region.
